This video shows an interview i conducted with a 19 year old British female. Lucy, who i conducted the interview on did not wish to be filmed so i thought that for my research it would be useful to use a site such as go animate as i can watch my interview back in the way of which i asked the questions in order to get a more clear image of the feedback i was given.

IPC Media

IPC is another leading institutor of magazines with a similar audience as to that which my magazine will target, however there are only a few select magazines within this institution (such as NME and Nuts) that have the same specific target audience. IPC describe themselves to target 3 main audiences of men, mass market women and uomarket women. For this reason I believe that IPC Media may not be the correct institution for my magazine as mine is particularly target at people between the ages of 16-25 who have little money and enjoy more indie alternative music and magazines.

Bauer Media

This slide that I created shows some of the many magazines that Bauer Media produces. I believe that my magazine fits in with the style that this institution follows as it would fit into catergories such as 'mens' or 'womens' magazines and also the music genre they thave also. A second reason I believe that Bauer media would be able to produce my magazine and be the institution is because many of their magazines follow a red and black house style- which is like the one of which is used in my magazine. This would work well as it would help my audience to establish quickly establish that because my magazine has been produced by Bauer Media it is of a similar high standard as such magazines as Heat, Q, Empire and also FHM.
